We bet you're thinking, why would I buy a refurbished product when, obviously, you can go and spend £££££ and get a new one? 

Well, you can be assured that the only real difference between our refurbished appliances and brand new store stock is the cosmetic condition for which we have a grading system, see the item condition notes at the top of this listing for details about this specific appliances grade and any highlighted issues from our engineers.

The vast majority of our products have arrived with us from one of the following scenarios;

• Found to be faulty, appliances usually no more than 30 days in age
• Unwanted or ordered in error by the original customer and returned to the retailer.
• Arrived damaged on arrival, either to a customer or a retailer

In all three scenarios, we rigorously test, make repairs with original parts if necessary and clean each appliance to prepare it for a new home.

From the moment each appliance arrives in our warehouse to the moment it's wrapped and racked ready for shipping, our trusty professional engineers give each appliance numerous cosmetic and mechanical inspections if it's not right, it's not going.

Shipping is free of charge on all our listings here on eBay, we deliver throughout mainland UK with most customers receiving their new appliance within 3 or 4 business days after purchase.

Local Shipping and Collection

If you're local to the Tyne & Wear region (any of the postcode blocks below) we will personally deliver your appliance to you ourselves using our own inhouse logistics team, deliveries are usually made on Fridays but you'll be contacted the day before to confirm delivery.

Alternatively, you can collect your order from our retail store on Bath Road, here in Gateshead - just select Collect in person at the checkout, orders are usually ready for collection within a few hours during business days.

Furdeco

Furdeco specialise in the delivery of home appliances, from the moment they collect from us they typically deliver within 2 or 3 business days but some more remote regions such as Cornwall or Dumfries & Galloway might take a little longer.

Please ensure you have a valid mobile number on your eBay account prior to ordering as this the main method Furdeco will reach out to you to confirm your delivery date and time which you'll need to confirm with them prior to delivery.

DPD

DPD handles our smaller packages such as Hobs, Microwaves etc.

They'll typically deliver within 1 or 2 business days and will update you via SMS or email with your delivery date and time.

Delivery Estimates

We're conservative on our delivery times so these estimates are usually 'worst case scenario' and you can reasonably expect to receive your order before this time frame if you have ordered a large appliance which is being handled by Furdeco they'll be in contact with you directly to arrange a day suitable for you which may fall beyond this initial delivery estimate.

Terms and Conditions for Purchases on eBay (UK)

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing. In addition to eBays standard Terms of Service, you agree to the following terms by placing an order with our business.

1. Product Information and Availability

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all products. However, some product data on eBay is populated using eBays Product ID (ePID) system, which may contain errors beyond our control. As a result, details may change without notice, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of ePID-based product specifications.

2. Refurbished Appliances

All our appliances are professionally refurbished and tested to ensure full functionality. While they may exhibit minor cosmetic imperfections, these do not impact performance. Each product is cleaned, inspected, and restored to a high standard.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorised to make the purchase.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are listed on the eBay checkout page.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We use reputable couriers to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times may vary and are subject to unforeseen delays.

Please double-check your delivery address and contact details to avoid issues.

5. Returns and Warranty

We offer a 30-day return policy for items returned in their original condition. A return authorisation must be requested via our Customer Support team.

If a product is returned due to change of mind or incorrect ordering (where the item was correctly listed), a £50 restocking fee will apply for large items, £90 for oversize items such as American Style Refrigerators. For small parcels, return postage is the buyers responsibility, or we can collect for a £10 charge.

Refunds will be processed promptly once the item is received and inspected. Returns over 90 days old will be refunded via gift voucher as eBay do not permit refunds over this time period as outlined in their Payments Terms.

All products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear or commercial use.

6. Privacy and Security

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (linked on our company homepage) for information about how we handle your personal data.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our listings or communication channels for unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to remove any offensive or inaccurate user-generated content, such as comments or reviews.

All images, logos, text, and other content used in our eBay listings and shop are the property of our business and may not be used without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure all information is correct and up to date, we are not liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from product use, listing inaccuracies, or delayed deliveries.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes, so please check back regularly.

If for any reason you're not happy with your refurbished product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All our refurbished products are backed by our 12-month direct replacement warranty, please contact us by emailing us by replying to your order confirmation.

Return Costs

The cost of returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer, we can arrange for the collection of any unwanted goods using one of our specialist couriers and we'll deduct the costs from any refund, currently this is £90 (inc. VAT) for oversized appliances such as American Style or large four door refrigerators and £50 (inc. VAT) for everything else.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, although quite rare mistakes by ourselves or our delivery partners sometimes do happen, however, if something does go wrong with your order, we will resolve your issues quickly and with minimum inconvenience for you.

The easiest way to get in touch is by replying to your order confirmation email so we can quickly identify your order and the goods you should have received, or the tracking information assigned to your order.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to either no communication with our delivery partners or the address provided at the time of order was incomplete/incorrect then upon return of your orders goods, we'll cancel your order and refund your original payment method minus up to £90 (inc. VAT) to cover the cost of carriage and the return of the undeliverable goods.
